Tasks

As a Technical Support some of you're day to day tasks will be:
servers and web creation tools

  • You will resolve incidences of products acquired by their customers
  • You will identify the needs of the clients, advise them and accompany them in the
purchase process

  • You will establish an excellent relationship with the clients and help them to evolve in their sector with the help of our products
  • You will bring up the incidents that cannot be solved directly at the 2nd level
  • You will establish a good relationship with our customers by providing an experience
beyond their expectations

  • You will follow up on unresolved requests during the first contact
  • You will perform backoffice activities

Requirements:

You are the person we are looking for if:
\- You have a native level of French and advanced English

\- You live near Faro

\- Own a private vechicle

\- You have previous experience as Customer Service
