Your mission: become part of our team as a German Customer Support representative.

Our partner is a leading luxury concierge service catering to high-net-worth individuals across various luxury sectors such as travel, dining, and events.

As a customer service specialist, your daily tasks will involve:

  • Adhering to company policies and procedures to meet quality, statutory, and business requirements
  • Managing customer relationships and digital processing of services including travel assistance, lifestyle services, special occasions, and more
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls and written communication following client and center guidelines
  • Completing assigned daily tasks efficiently and accurately
  • Ensuring the security and accuracy of customer data in the database
  • Identifying and escalating issues as necessary
  • Providing thoughtful and accurate responses to customer emails
  • Researching and problem-solving using available resources
  • Managing multiple tasks effectively and independently
  • Working proactively to meet targets and goals

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Native or proficient German (C2) and advanced English (C1) proficiency both verbally and in writing
  • Strong communication skills including excellent phone etiquette, active listening, and superior writing abilities
  • Courtesy, active listening, and personalized follow-up
  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail and service quality
  • Interpersonal skills and the ability to use Office and CRM tools effectively
  • EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
  • Willingness to relocate to Lisbon and work on-site
