What you'll do:

  • You are responsible for the growth of the French market at Emma
  • You will lead a team that continuously optimizes our business and develops new initiatives to help fuel growth
  • You will lead a team that conducts research to identify and lead business opportunities, growth areas, trends, services, and overall brand proposition
  • You will supervise and streamline both backend and consumerfacing business operation platforms between the company and 3rd party suppliers
  • You will build market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships
  • You will identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements
  • You will screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials

What you'll bring to us:

  • You have already acquired experience of 3 years or more in the field(s) of consulting, management, startups and digital Marketing and are ideally already in a leading role of a successful startup / or Ecommerce company
  • You are fluent in both French and English
  • You are fascinated by fast scalable business models
  • You like to think and act rationally and effectively
  • You are a selfstarter and can work independently
  • You are curious and hungry to learn
  • You have a very good command of Excel
  • You are not afraid to negotiate, train, manage and above all to learn perpetually, and as quickly as possible
  • You have the ability to think strategically on short term and longterm goals
  • You have strong analytical skills and learn quickly
  • You like to take on responsibility and can work independently
