We are looking for a
Project Manager (M/F/d) who will support us from December 1, 2023.

You will take on responsibility in customer projects of our service areas and ensure the fulfillment of the project order.

In doing so, you act as an interface both to clients and principals as well as service providers. You manage the project team and maintain an overview of the project to enable successful implementation.


As a
Project Manager (M/F/d), you have the choice to work from our office in Lisbon or remotely from home.

A hybrid solution of both is also possible.

Tasks and Responsibilities of a Project Manager (M/F/d):

  • Independent responsibility for projects
  • Communication with all project participants and coordination of all project activities
  • Client consulting and alignment of customer requirements, company goals, and priorities
  • Creation of the strategic project plan in coordination with the project team
  • Time and resource planning for the projects including monitoring of execution, budget control, and documentation
  • Support of teams in developing appropriate solutions for our clients
  • Preparation, execution, and followup of internal and external presentations and meetings
  • Active participation in internal process development and documentation as well as selection and testing of new solutions/tools

How to succeed as a Project Manager (M/F/d) at Thorit:

  • 1-3 years of professional experience in project management, ideally in an agency environment
  • Completed business studies or comparable qualification, ideally with a focus on marketing
  • Social competence combined with leadership and assertiveness
  • Excellent time management
  • Consulting expertise and excellent communication skills
  • Proficient use of relevant project management tools
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Analytical thinking and basic technical understanding
  • High affinity for online marketing and trends, ideally with experience in leading projects in performance marketing and marketing automation
  • Quick comprehension, independence, and initiative
  • Team spirit and motivation to develop together with us
  • Basic knowledge of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and related requirements for marketing
