Supply Planner

Prepares, monitors and updates multiple supply plans (production, scheduling, inventory, supply, and procurement plans) across different horizons, feeding the OpCo S&OP Process by integrating all the required supply chain stakeholders and optimizing supply chain resources.

• Weekly: generates and continuously monitors a feasible Shortterm Production Plan (minimum rolling 13 weeks) at packaging line/week/sku level, for all the packaging lines of the 3 production plants (Vialonga Brewery, Cruzeiro Water Plant, Moura Water Plant), according to the line capabilities and inventory strategy, and incorporating different information sources and main bottlenecks in cooperation with relevant stakeholders (Demand Planning, NPI Planning, Materials Planning, Brewing and Packaging, Maintenance and Projects, Warehousing):
• Demand plans, Events plans, trade activity Plans and NPI plans;
• Available inventory at OpCo level (primary + secondary depots);
• Customer order book and monthly sales trends (from DCS);
• Packaging Line Capacity parameters: efficiency OPIs and manning;
• Maintenance and projects plans;
• Storage capacity constraints.
• Monthly: generates a feasible Medium/Longterm Production and Capacity Plan (up to rolling 18 months) at packaging line/month/sku level, for all the packaging lines of the 3 production plants (Vialonga Brewery, Cruzeiro Water Plant, Moura Water Plant), according to the line capabilities and inventory strategy, and incorporating different information sources and main bottlenecks in cooperation with relevant stakeholders (Demand Planning, Brewing and Packaging, Maintenance and Projects, Warehousing):
• Medium/Long term demand plans;
• Available inventory at Opco Level;
• Maintenance and projects plans;
• Packaging Line Capacity: projected efficiency OPIs.

• Bachelor or Graduation in Business Management or Industrial Management;
• Minimum professional experience of 1 year;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory);
• Knowledge of supply planning processes;
• Knowledge of production processes, efficiency drivers and bottlenecks;
• Experience with E2E S&OP processes;
• Structured with good analytical skills;
• Good communication and influencing skills (internally within Heineken);
• Stakeholder management skills (externally with suppliers and 3PLs).
