THE ROLE

  • As a Sales Executive, your main duty will be to sell vans and motorhomes from our fleet to potential buyers in Italy.
  • Reach out to leads and interested customers via phone and email, in their native language.
  • Play a vital role in maintaining a modern rental fleet and improving the company's financial performance.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

  • Sell campers efficiently to meet targets.
  • Convert inbound B2C leads into satisfied customers.
  • Track your KPIs and strive to achieve success metrics regularly.
  • Engage with leads through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Act as the Ambassador for our products, providing information and assistance to clients.
  • Collaborate with Product and Operations teams to enhance the overall product based on customer feedback.
  • Maintain accurate lead information in the CRM application to ensure a successful sales cycle.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • We seek a motivated Sales Executive with up to 2 years of sales experience, particularly in telephone sales.
  • Must be fluent in Italian and English (additional EU languages are advantageous).
  • Driven by success, eager to achieve uncapped commissions, possess a commercial mindset, and strong communication skills.
  • Self-driven, able to work independently, and a great team player.
