IT Recruiter

Required Skills:

  • Degree in Psychology, HR Management or similar
- +3 years of work experience as an IT Recruiter, ideally in IT Consulting Companies

  • Experience with LinkedIn and other specialized platforms
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking System
  • Experience with O365 tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word)
  • Goal oriented, organized and motivated towards the IT sector
  • Excellent communication skills, team player
  • Solid level of English (Written/Spoken)

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and the job requirements
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques to identify qualified IT professionals
