- **IT Recruiter**

**Required Skills**:

- Degree in Psychology, HR Management or similar
- +3 years of work experience as an IT Recruiter, ideally in IT Consulting Companies
- Experience with LinkedIn and other specialized platforms
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking System
- Experience with O365 tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word)
- Goal oriented, organized and motivated towards the IT sector
- Excellent communication skills, team player
- Solid level of English (Written/Spoken)

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and the job requirements
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques to identify qualified IT professionals
