**Mission principale**:
Le Service Customer Support recrute un Customer Success Manager - 1st Level Support (french & spanish speaker) (F/H) afin de renforcer son équipe

Votre principale responsabilité sera d'assurer la satisfaction de nos clients qui nous contactent tout au long de leur parcours sur la plateforme, afin de leur garantir une expérience optimale

Vous apportez une vraie valeur ajoutée au niveau de la qualité de l'accompagnement autour du service MoveWORK. Pour cela, vous accompagnez vos clients dans l'utilisation quotidienne de la solution proposée. Votre rôle se situe donc après la vente, et consiste à développer l'utilisation du service MoveWORK au sein des équipes clientes afin d'assurer leur fidélisation. Vous devenez l'interlocuteur privilégié des clients, alimentant ainsi une relation de confiance.

**Vos principales missions seront les suivantes**:

- Répondre aux demandes entrantes des utilisateurs de la plateforme : questions, aide à l'utilisation, à la commande, service après-vente de niveau 1
- Développer une bonne connaissance de l'organisation de vos clients et de leur secteur d'activité
- Vous formez et accompagnez vos clients dans la prise en main de la plateforme afin de fédérer les équipes autour d'une stratégie digitale
- Vous informez, conseillez et pilotez la montée en compétence des équipes clientes à travers un reporting régulier
- Vous répondez rapidement et efficacement en cas d'urgence et savez rassurer le client face à un problème rencontré
- Vous participez aux décisions stratégiques de MoveWORK en étant force de proposition dans l'identification des pistes d'innovations prioritaires et en faisant remonter les besoins et expériences client
- Vous êtes force de proposition auprès du client dans la promotion des innovations de la plateforme MoveWORK
- Vous avez une appétence commerciale et savez identifier les opportunités de développement commercial au sein de votre portefeuille client.

**Compétences**:

- Idéalement issue d'une formation en vente / relation client
- 1 ans d'expérience minimum exigés sur un poste similaire
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques et des différents canaux de communication

**Qualités**:

- Doté d'un excellent relationnel, patient et empathique, vous aimez être en contact avec des personnes de différents horizons
- Sens de l'organisation et rigueur
- Gestion des priorités
- Dynamisme et polyvalence
- Très bonne élocution et bonnes qualités rédactionnelles
- Maîtrise du français et de l'espagnol.
