Senior Associate Sales Ops and CRM

What you will do
You, as our Senior Associate Sales Ops and CRM at ACCP, will support the delivery of day-to-day D&A activities.

You are responsible for training and support of the affiliate teams in Veeva CRM and use of OneKey database, supporting day to day activities related to activity planning and prioritization, troubleshooting, capacity calculation and sales incentive planning for the respective affiliate(s), etc.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting affiliate(s) teams with all Veeva CRM related activities (training, daytoday user support, etc.)
  • Supporting business planning and decision making through activity and sales ops data analysis.
  • Calculating sales and activity targets for each cycle based on predefined design and tracking the performance.
  • Collecting feedback and preparing communication plans to share outputs related to capacity calculation, sales incentive planning.
  • Supporting ACCP continuous improvement activities.
  • Supporting wider business units on an ad hoc basis (Finance/FP&A/Business Enablement).

What we expect of you

Proven experience and skills needed:

  • University Degree in relevant fields
  • 3+ years working in a sales operations or similar position
  • Fluency in English, both in written and oral communication.
  • Strong Excel and other MS Office products knowledge.
  • Experience in Veeva CRM, SalesForce, MI or similar CRM system.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Veeva CRM.
  • Experience with OneKey database.
  • Demonstrated serviceminded attitude.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Ability to clearly explain processes and procedures.
  • Fluency in multiple European languages.
