Responsibilities as a Hungarian Customer Specialist:

  • Providing customer support via multiple channels (call, chat, email)
  • Starting your job with training to get familiar with the system and processes
  • Supporting users, offering solutions, and responding to inquiries promptly
  • Communicating in Hungarian daily
  • Receiving continuous support from your team leader and the entire team
  • Working in our office located in the beautiful city of Porto

Requirements:

  • Advanced spoken and written Hungarian skills, C1 level (Mandatory)
  • Intermediate spoken and written English skills, B1 Level (Mandatory)
  • Good computer user skills (Mandatory)
  • Ability to generate empathy in written form
  • Good communication skills
  • Customer orientation and troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to manage time and meet goals
