Responsibilities as a Hungarian Customer Specialist:
- Providing customer support via multiple channels (call, chat, email)
- Starting your job with training to get familiar with the system and processes
- Supporting users, offering solutions, and responding to inquiries promptly
- Communicating in Hungarian daily
- Receiving continuous support from your team leader and the entire team
- Working in our office located in the beautiful city of Porto
Requirements:
- Advanced spoken and written Hungarian skills, C1 level (Mandatory)
- Intermediate spoken and written English skills, B1 Level (Mandatory)
- Good computer user skills (Mandatory)
- Ability to generate empathy in written form
- Good communication skills
- Customer orientation and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to manage time and meet goals
