The opportunity:
In this role, you will be working solely on one of our well-known client brands.
Our client has recently migrated their thousands of brand sites into one new, global standard mobile web and desktop experience platform with a refreshed and unified visual design, globally standardized tech components and common data structure.
This global digital product will be supported by a new way of working to ensure technology and experiences are continuously evolving.
As part of this team, you will work directly with our client's Global Category Teams but also their nine regions to ensure consistency across campaigns.
This role brings to the team high-class digital consumer journeys and experiences, working closely with different functions by consulting for the optimum digital solutions that need to be implemented.
You will be given the opportunity to use your technical and creative background to support one of the largest brands in the world and to work closely with multi-national, multi-region teams.
What you'll be doing:
This role will work directly within our clients and Global Digital Experience team to ensure that consistent digital patterns and solutions are leveraged in the creation of all Global Campaigns.
- You will work directly with both the client and WTC&T's wider team
- Lead/support the onboarding of regional teams to the content platform and other owned platforms, ensuring that all campaigns are delivered consistently and in line with guidelines and requirements
- Collaborate closely with UX teams for the creation and implementation of the actual digital tool/platform for the intended campaign/promo or need.
- Work on Campaign Data & Tagging Strategy, CRM Strategy as well as adhoc mailing & inapp communication to deliver to the OUs + Set up KPIs to be monitored
- Collaborate with E2E Team to support on the digital touchpoints and KPIs that should be implemented to measure success.
- Auditing designs and providing feedback on feasibility
- Creating and managing campaign blueprints (content authoring)
- Supporting authors with the localisation of golive campaigns
- Managing feedback/issues/feature requests into digital teams.
- Be in close contact with the regions to update them on project status, understand their needs & priorities, answer questions, provide guidance and consultation on how the intended platform should be localized
- Brief agencies and recruit the ones that will develop the look and feel of the platform, communication visuals, content strategy, VIS, etc.
- Create all necessary Instructions for regions to localize the platforms as well highlighting ideas and options that might be up to a market to decide if they will implement it or not
- Engage internal stakeholders to bring awareness on the digital platform experience that is being created for the intended need, so as to bring scale & impact
- Make sure all of the regions are onboarded and will use the recommended digital experience
- Provide to the regions all necessary guidance on GDPR/
Privacy Assessments:
agree & finalize the legal docs, age gate, consents for location & marketing purposes, user profile (to edit personal details), etc.
Customer Service / Third Party responsibilities:
- Maintain great client relationships at all levels of the organisation
- Maintain consistently high levels of client satisfaction and effectively escalating business critical situations to as required
- Manage situations and relationships both internally and externally
- Own relationships with the client but also with WTT, WPP agencies, and other external parties
What we want from you:
- Experience of planning, managing and delivering digital marketing projects across different channels
- An understanding of how data strategy is executed in digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience of evaluating the value of features to allow solutions to be created with existing tools and filter requests for new features
- Ability to work on your own initiative, take action and work toward an agreed action plan
- Comfortable working directly with other regions/nationalities
- Strong problem solving, time management and organisational skills
- Strong coordination skills and ability to manage multiple projects and teams at one time
- Strong communication skills this role requires a high level of communication and interpersonal skills
