About the job

  • The Investment Fund Services Trade Capture Account Manager must assure that all Investments of the client are registered in the accounting system, reconciled with the custodians, guaranteeing the lifecycle of operations, on a timely manner for the accounting of client investments

Your Main Activities Are

  • Assure that transactions from automatic flows arrive to the system DImension are well integrated, reconcile and match them with custodians, assuring their correct lifecycle in DImension (Standard products: bonds, shares, repos, among others)
  • Capture non standard products investments manually (Informal funds transfer systems (IFTs), Payment Network Services (PNS), Real Estate, collateral, Transfers, and others) reconcile and match them with custodians, assuring their correct lifecycle in DImension
  • Control and process Corporate Actions in Dimension
  • Participate to the Reconciliation process by analysing and correcting breaks
  • Ensure the direct communication with providers (financial flow services, Management Control Department, Real Estate Department, Assets Managers, among others)
  • Control, correct, record and report of Tax (Investment Fund for Developing Countries (IFU), Credit d'impot, and others)
  • Assure that all transactions that should be considered for accounting closure periods (monthly, quarterly, yearly) are registered with the correct lifecycle and work closely with Paris Supervision and Accounting teams for any necessary action for the accountancy delivery
  • Support & participate to the continuous improvement of any projects, new products, new services of Investment Accounting department

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor Degree in Economics / Finance / Accounting
  • Management experience is desirable
  • Up to 2 years of relevant experience
  • Fluency in English is mandatory (oral and written)
  • Intermediate level of French is a plus
  • Knowledge in:
