What you ́ll do


The Health Services Specialist provides sustainable health and health-prevention services and programs based on the interests and needs of SAP employees to keep them balanced, healthy, engaged, and productive.


In alignment with the HR Direction, SAP Global Health & Safety Policy and Local Legislation for Health & Safety, the Health Services Specialist is accountable for the successful delivery of Health and Safety services in coordination with the External Vendor.

Key Areas of Responsibility


Assume responsibility for the day-to-day deliveries in the field of local health services (Prevention of Labor Risks - PRL) in collaboration with the Occupational Health External Vendor.

This may include the involvement in the following activities:

  • Risk assessments and preventive action planning in compliance with legal requirements as Health Services Specialist.
  • Propose measures for risk control and reduction.
  • Train and raise awareness among employees on PRL requirements.
  • Conduct PRL inspections.
  • Collaborate and prepare PRL audits.
  • Calculate and report PRL indicators to management and headquarters.
  • Manage PRL documentation.
  • Coordinate activities of companies with those that carry out their activity in our facilities and coordinate with companies in which the activity is carried out in their facilities.
  • All activities related to the area of Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL).
  • Observe and enforce the rules and policies regarding safety, hygiene, environment, and quality that affect their area of responsibility.
  • Cooperates closely with local Facility Management and Security to maintain local emergency management.
  • Monitors planned vs. actual budget constantly.
  • Ensures compliance with local Health and Safety (PRL), legislation.
  • Manages and integrates external vendors and partners.
  • Continuous improvement and adaptation of services according customer feedback and local needs
  • Provide customeroriented service delivery in the field of local health services.

What you bring

Experience & Language / Education Requirements

  • Fluent in Portuguese and English
  • Minimum functional experience 2 years
  • Technical Training or University Degree relevant for the role
  • CCP ("Certificado de Competências Pedagógicas") is desirable
