Role Overview A Strategic Client Executive handles multi-national accounts and is responsible for nurturing and developing strong relationships with our most important clients across different regions.

Client Executives serve as the main point of contact for these key clients, ensuring their satisfaction, loyalty, and growth within our organization.

Key Responsibilities Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key stakeholders within multi-national accounts. Understand their business objectives, challenges, and needs to provide customized solutions and support. Identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling of products or services. Develop strategies to increase client engagement and revenue while ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic account plans aligned with clients' objectives and our company's goals. Continuously monitor account performance and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure effective communication and execution of deliverables. Facilitate regular meetings and business reviews to align priorities and drive mutual success. Handle any client issues or concerns, ensuring prompt resolution and client satisfaction. Work closely with relevant teams to troubleshoot problems and implement corrective actions. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities relevant to clients' businesses. Utilize this knowledge to provide strategic guidance and value-added services. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and client feedback to evaluate performance against targets and identify areas for improvement. Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for clients, highlighting achievements, challenges, and actionable insights. Understand contractual requirements and ensure we are invoicing properly and completely for the contracted services. Work with Finance to ensure timely payment. Qualifications Proven experience in key account management, preferably with multi-national accounts. Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and relevant tools. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
