Administrativo(a) de Customer Care (M/F) para uma empresa multinacional focada no renting de viaturas.

Responsabilidades:

  • Dar suporte ao call center e ao departamento de vendas com os pedidos relacionados com a atividade de rentacar;
  • Realizar auditorias ao call center para garantir a qualidade do atendimento ao cliente;
  • Organizar o fluxo de trabalho de forma a assegurar a realização das tarefas dentro dos prazos estabelecidos;
  • Gerir as expectativas do cliente e ajudar a equipa na resolução de problemas de forma eficaz;
  • Trabalhar com diferentes plataformaspara gerir as operações da equipa de customer service.

Requisitos:

  • Atestado multiusos (>60%);
  • Inglês: fluente (obrigatório);
  • Experiência na industria de renacar (preferível);
  • Capacidade de tomar decisões;
  • Comunicação assertiva e objetiva;
  • Experiência com SalesForce.
