Job Description A Key Account Manager plays a pivotal role in our organisation's success by strategically creating new business opportunities.

This member will also be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships to achieve business objectives.

This role involves understanding the unique needs of each key account, developing tailored strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and profitability.


Key Responsibilities Key

Account Management:

Manage and develop important customer relationships with guidance from senior colleagues and/or manage an account team delivering day-to-day support.

Customer Relationship Management /

Account Management:

Develop and implement a relationship management plan for existing customer accounts to identify and build relationships with relevant decision makers.

Collect feedback from identified customers to ensure their needs are met.

Customer Needs Clarification:

Set clear objectives for each sales meeting; ask relevant questions to gather information, and to identify and respond to areas requiring further information or explanation.


Sell Customer Propositions:
Identify the complex standard products and/or services offered by the organisation that meet the customer's needs.

Promoting Customer Focus Customer Relationship Development / Prospecting: Develop and implement a customer contact plan to communicate product launches and engage the potential customers in relevant sales campaigns.

Act as the first point of contact for customer queries.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data Sales Opportunities Creation Operational Compliance Qualifications - A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, marketing, sales, or a related field;

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related field;
  • Strong problemsolving skills to address client issues and challenges effectively;
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute account plans to achieve objectives;
  • Experience in the IT sector in which the company operates can be a significant advantage;
  • Proficiency in sales techniques, including negotiation, closing deals, and upselling or crossselling products/services;
  • Exceptional relationship building and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain strong client relationships;
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, client needs, and internal processes;
  • Capability to speak, understand, read and write English at a professional level.
