Pour y remédier nous nous entourons d'ingénieurs pédagogiques et de chercheurs pour décortiquer les stratégies d'entrepreneurs tels que Richard Branson, Marc Simoncini, Gary Vee), d'artistes ( Gad Elmaleh) et d'athlètes de haut niveauet les transmettre de manière pédagogique.

** Notre ambition est de faire en sorte que nos accompagnements soient aussi attrayants que de regarder Netflix et ne laisse comme seul choix la réussite de nos clients**

**Aujourd'hui, cette approche a porté ses fruits,** et nous a permis de dépasser les 2 millions de followers sur les réseaux, d'organiser des événements et formations en ligne suivies par des milliers de personnes.

Mais on voulait plus, alors on a créé 2 nouvelles marques à l'ambition internationale.

Et c'est là que tu rentres en scène.

**TA MISSION**:

- Ta mission principale est de faire en sorte de Tu travailles en collaboration avec les différentes équipes de Paradox et ton Head of Customer Success pour t'assurer que l'audience et les clients que tu as en charge puissent obtenir les réponses dont ils ont besoin avec ce petit truc en plus qu'ils n'ont pas l'habitude de voir et qui les marqueront.

**1. Être le premier contact des clients et créer du WOW chez eux**:

- Par mail, tu prends en charge les demandes et problèmes clients afin de leur apporter la solution dont ils ont besoin
- Tu es en contact direct avec les clients afin de leur communiquer les derniers changements, évolutions de nos produits et services.
- (De par ta personnalité et tes valeurs, tu permets de faire vivre à nos clients une expérience qu'ils n'ont pas l'habitude de voir et qui les marquera.)

**2. Utiliser chaque feedbacks clients et y apporter les solutions indispensables pour rendre l'expérience client unique**:

- Parce que tu souhaites le meilleur pour tes clients, tu es très régulièrement en contact avec les équipes internes afin de communiquer sur les différents axes de changement, amélioration à apporter que tu as pu analyser, comprendre ou directement lire dans les échanges clients.
- Parce que tu connais si bien tes clients, tu es en capacité de partager aux équipes de communication les éléments indispensables à diffuser dans nos écrits afin que les clients disposent de toutes les infos dont ils ont besoin

- la team SALES pour les aider à comprendre quelles sont les questions, attentes que tu retrouves chez nos clients et audience.
- la team MARKETING pour leur apporter ces mêmes éléments mais aussi les aider à anticiper le besoin de notre audience avant que l'on communique auprès d'eux.
- la team TECHNIQUE pour permettre d'améliorer et résoudre les problématiques qui réduisent la qualité de l'expérience utilisateur.
- la team PRODUCT pour les aider à connaître ce dont raffole le plus nos clients et ce qu'ils aimeraient voir encore plus.
