Established in 2020, our Global Business Services (GBS) is located at the heart of Porto (Hipercentro Areosa Business Park), where our 300+ employees provide support on a global level within areas of Finance, Procurement, HR and IT (to name a few).

The Role:
Key responsibilities:
- Manage newhire administration including conducting background verification checks, issuing contracts and coordinating the employee onboarding process.
- Maintain employee data throughout the employee lifecycle, maintaining a high level of data quality while providing a great customer experience throughout the process.
- Handle and complete massdata employee changes.
- Support HRIS / systems configuration when requested.
- Administer employee organization changes including promotions, demotions, transfers, separation, retirement and absences.
- Serve customers until requests are resolved, and where required partner with other HR colleagues to seek additional input and advice
- Meet and maintain service level agreements (SLA's) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's),and keep process documentation and knowledge base up to date at all times.
- Develop and provide HR reports requested by the Business Units.
Who you'll be:
To be successful in this position, you will have proven experience in HR.
Specific Functional Capabilities, Knowledge and Skills Required:
- University or College degree.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customerfacing position in the field of HR.
- Good Customerservice orientation
- Good analytical skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Good organizational and administrative skills.
Desirable:
- Experience of operating at HR Analyst level within an GBS or HR environment.
Language Skills:
English and Swedish, Slovenian or Hungarian
