In order to our Global transformation roadmap, we are looking for the
IT Programme Manager who will support this digital transformation combining technical, payment mastering, business understanding and project and programme approaches.



Reporting to the VP IT&Payment Europe, this role is key to manage strategic projects and programmes across European countries and accompany them properly in the definition, management, and execution of these projects.

The
Key Programme to oversee and assure successful delivery already defined will be: Multicountry solutions (Operational Back-office, Billing, Cloud migration etc.) development and implementation.

Hands on approach during deployment and rollout phase is a key success factor.

Multicountry solutions are mainly focused on reusability of global solutions among countries / regions and Program manager is the key role who will push this approach in every project / program.


The Programme Manager will be responsible for:

  • The successful delivery of the whole Programme. He/she will set goals, plan the programs from start to completion. He/she will ensure the delivery of new products or services from projects with the appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the Program plan and Program governance arrangements.
  • The coordination of the programmed projects and management of their interdependencies. He/she will monitor performance of the progress and determine the need for improvements to gain as much business value as possible.
  • The overall integrity and coherence of the Programme. He/She will develop and maintain the Programme environment to support each individual project within the scope of the entrusted Programme.
  • Define and align with colleagues on regional / global and local level next steps to improve maturity in project / programme topics like demand management, monitoring ongoing projects, monitoring CAPEX spending on selected projects, improving capacity planning on local levels etc.

You're a match_

  • University degree (computer science, mathematics electrical or mechanical engineering, economics, information security).
  • Overall 5 years' experience in Project and/or Programme management, including 3 years in an international environment, preferably linked with Digital Transformation.
  • Knowledge on traditional Project Management and Handson experience with Agile methodologies and crossfunctional collaboration: PRINCE2, IPMA, PMI, SCRUM and SaFe certifications will be a plus.
  • Proven record of large Software development and implementation projects ideally in Agile enviroment.
  • Strong background in International & Technology oriented field, preferably with Payment industry, Insurance, Banking, Telco, Fintech and/or Transactional business
  • Good knowledge of techniques and tools for planning, monitoring and controlling programmes.
  • Strong orientation on results & metrics with ability to measure and evaluate progress, seek alignment across Global/Regional/Country stakeholders and propose guidance and improvements.
  • The ability to command respect and to create a sense of community amongst the members of the project teams.
  • Good conceptual, analytical and handson approach towards Programme/Project management framework.
  • Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build trust and be able to lead by example, mainly for Project managers / Program managers community in the company.
  • Ability to maintain highly level of motivation with a commitment to innovation and best practice.
  • Ability to travel across Europe region frequently.
  • English C1/C2 level.
