Do you have experience with Latin American or Japanese cuisine? Vila Joya Sea is looking for a Commis or demi chef de Partie for our open kitchen in our beach restaurant.

Only candidates with a minimum of 1 year experience will be taken into consideration.

  • Fluent in at least Portuguese or English, facilitating seamless communication in our international kitchen.
  • Good stress and pressure handling skills
  • Great presentation and 'clean as you go habits', especially in a compact open kitchen
  • Priority awareness and the ability to work in a demanding environment.
  • A work experience of at least 1 year in a Latin or Japanese cuisine restaurant
