As part of our dedicated kitchen staff, you will perform a variety of culinary tasks, from precise recipe interpretation to the artistic plating of dishes, all while adhering to the highest standards of quality and hygiene under the HACCP guidelines. Responsibilities: Kitchen service activities, complying with the established standards and procedures, in order to ensure the provision of a service of excellence; Functions in compliance with HACCP standards; Functions in accordance with Japanese fine dining standards; Mise en plase; Recipe interpretation; Produce teppan menu; Prepares food and performs for the guests; Responsible for multiple duties while cooking for a group; Food preparation and associated products; Portioning of cooked foods; Plating and decoratingfood; Cleaning and organisation of the benches assigned to the service.
