Finance & Accounting Trainee (m/f/d) Siemens Global Business Services (GBS)

Siemens's GBS division helps Siemens units worldwide and external customers speed up their business transformation towards a sustainable and digital future. With a focus on innovation and digitalization in various areas such as business administration, human resources, supply chain management, sales, marketing, and engineering, our services are driven by expertise and the latest technology.

Your mission will involve:
  • Contacting and supporting Business Units with queries and demand
  • Providing accurate and timely accounting services in line with Siemens regulations
  • Executing regular support activities like billing, cost control, and posting
  • Ensuring the correct application of tax rates on invoices
  • Processing manual transactions and handling monthly activities
  • Addressing other administrative topics
We are seeking someone with:
  • A university degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Taxation, or a related field
  • Fluency in written and spoken English; knowledge of other European languages is a bonus
  • Understanding of SAP is advantageous
  • Proven proficiency in MS Office
  • A strong analytical mindset along with attention to detail
  • Flexibility, ability to work under pressure, and be a team player with excellent communication skills
  • Strong process orientation and motivation
