Are you ready to be part of the change and help us make real what matters?

Your mission will be

  • Support in accurate and timely accounting service, by processing transactions in line with the company regulations and guidelines;
  • Support in record and monitor daytoday accounting transactions in SAP, with accuracy and in a timely manner;
  • Support in the verification, posting and payment of invoices;
  • Support the process expense claims (posting & payment);
  • Support the process vendor accounts / Goods Received / Vendor accounts reconciliation;
  • Support the vendor dunning letters, written and verbal communication with supplier;
  • Support the processing and clarification of manual transactions;
  • Support the handling of critical queries and provide accurate information to our business partners;
  • Other administrative topics.

We are looking for someone with

  • Minimum high school degree; University degree will be a plus;
  • Fluent knowledge in English, German is a bonus;
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, in a changing environment;
  • Strong customer focus, result & quality orientation and professional ethics;
  • Availability to travel, if needed;
  • Ability to work quickly and effectively under pressure;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Ability to work effectively both individually and within a team.

A 12-month internship with allowance on a hybrid and flexible working model designed to enhance your work-life balance while supporting your studies.
