At Robert Walters, we're excited to announce an opportunity for an SEO Manager to join the Digital Sales team of one of our prestigious clients. This client is a Swiss-based telecommunications company serving a diverse range of clientele. You'll take on the exciting challenge of owning the SEO channel from end to end and be part of a team that operates in a fully Agile manner, promoting innovation and collaboration.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Strategise: You will define the company's SEO strategy and prioritise task; Execute strategies to solve complex SEO problems, utilising large-scale data analysis; Define primary and guardrail KPIs for measuring SEO performance.

• Build MVPs: Write product requirements and lead product delivery; Audit and analyse the company's website, analytics, and crawl data; Develop MVPs to improve SEO performance; Conduct SEO experiments using rigorous methods (e.g., A/B tests, statistical analysis); Identify strategic opportunities and prioritise actions; Collaborate with external agencies to create onsite content and measure results.

• Report: Conduct weekly and quarterly SEO performance reviews; Perform ad-hoc cause-and-effect analysis and derive action plans.

• Scale: Automate successful MVPs to achieve hands-off-the-wheel products.

Must Haves:

• Background in product management, consulting, or SEO with willingness to move to product management and business.

• Experience with SEO industry programs, such as AHREFs, SEMRush, Botify, Google, Data Studio etc.

• Proven analytical and quantitative skills with a passion and aptitude for analysis and related tools.

• Confident working closely with technical (Engineering / BI / Data Science) and nontechnical teams.

• Excellent English communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of SQL, python.

• Prior experience with SEO automation.

• Knowledge about Machine Learning & Statistics.

• Proficiency in another European language: French, German, or Italian.
