Purpose of the role
This position is responsible for leading the implementation and management of TEAM LEWIS' Global marketing optimisation strategies.

As an SEO manager, this person would work collaboratively with our global marketing team, paid media specialists, and other internal teams and departments on the development of SEO strategies, tactical plans and implementation.


Key responsibilities and tasks

  • Technical responsibilities_
  • Development of relevant audits and strategies for TEAM LEWIS
  • Developing scalable, natural search campaign capabilities through keyword research, set KPIs, competitive benchmarking and reporting
  • Optimizing site architecture, URL structures, meta data, header tags and copy for maximized indexing and keyword relevancy
  • Overseeing high value offpage linking tactics that leverage blogs, social networks, high authority websites, user generated content, and PR to drive qualified traffic for enterprise clients
  • Overseeing the creation of SEO editorial copy to describe our agency services and capabilities
  • Creating agency blogs that record any updates or changes to search engine algorithms
  • Overseeing monthly SEO reporting and analysis, as well as ongoing monitoring of TEAM LEWIS campaigns
  • Managing and executing TEAM LEWIS website testing and communicating best practices in the creation of new content
  • Will operate as a key contributor to driving the recognition and success of TEAM LEWIS' brand recognition consistently across all global markets
  • Relationship Management_
  • Maintain regular daytoday contact with key internal stakeholders to manage their expectations
  • Ensure clear communication with internal and external contacts through the most appropriate method
  • Digital / social media_
  • Use social media to recognize industry trends and proactively promote new tools, solutions and processes to continuously evolve and optimize opportunities for TEAM LEWIS services
  • Team working and development _
  • Ensure personal and deliverable objectives are met on an ongoing basis
  • Work closely with line managers to maximize own strengths, improve weaknesses and support individual and team career development
  • Support with the training across all teams wherever possible

About you

  • Minimum 8 years professional experience in Digital Marketing and Search Engine Optimization
  • Excellent research, communication, presentation and writing skills
  • Excellent mathematical, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to learn quickly, and become skilled in industryspecific and agencyspecific software
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Advanced HTML knowledge and experience
  • Proficiency in analytics software: Google Analytics, Coremetrics or Omniture
  • Extensive knowledge of search engine reporting and research software
  • Understanding of algorithms and variations specific to success of SEO programs
