A sua missão:
A nossa equipa de vendas é formada por executivos de vendas experientes, empreendedores e de alta energia.

Trabalhamos todos os dias com executivos de C-Level e líderes de negócios, até chefes de melhoria de processos, para entregar negócios e valor às organizações dos clientes.


requirements:

Isto é o que você fará no REATIA-Criar uma ótima primeira impressão com agências imobiliárias e um pipeline de leads qualificadas.
Conduzir todo o ciclo de vendas. Realizar demonstrações online.
Atingir metas e resultados de vendas definidos dentro de um cronograma trimestral.
Estabelecer, desenvolver e manter relacionamentos positivos de negócios e clientes no seu território.
Colaborar com grupos de pré-vendas e sucesso do cliente para garantir que o cliente receba o máximo de valor ao longo do ciclo de vida

Histórico de sucesso na condução de atividades consistentes e desenvolvimento de pipeline.
Alta aptidão para colaboração multifuncional e influência multifuncional interna e externamente.

Capacidade de navegar na organização do cliente e desenvolver pontos-chave de contato em vários departamentos e vários níveis de liderança.

Abordagem orientada a dados para planeamento de território e contas, bem como desempenho pessoal.
Atitude de jogador de equipa com uma mentalidade estratégica.
Fluente em Português e Inglês

O que procuramos:

Preferencial, mas não obrigatório: 2 anos como Sales Account (Comercial) num ambiente dinâmico e de ritmo acelerado;

Ouvinte ativo capaz de simplificar vendas complexas, entendendo como os prospects operam atualmente e identificando o ROI em cada negócio.

Bacharelado ou experiência prática equivalente.
Habilidades interpessoaisLidere pelo exemplo
Atitude positiva
Excelente comunicador
