What you'll do:

  • You are responsible for planning, analyzing, optimizing and growing our offline marketing investments with a strong performancefocus.
  • You take care of the strategic media planning, buying and optimization of our campaigns in close collaboration with our localized country teams and media agencies.
  • You make sure to steer our TV investments inline with our business targets while identifying and testing new opportunities to further grow the channel.
  • You own the growth of offline marketing channels beyond TV (OOH, print, radio) while ensuring strong ROAS performance.
  • You work closely with our internal marketing and creative teams to envision, develop, and execute creative ad strategies.
  • You have a very analytical mindset, know how to build upon A/Btests and have strong negotiation skills.
  • With your handson mentality, you deep dive into performance data to support optimization & growth, and actively drive the improvement of return on ads spend.
  • You will work with our inhouse data scientists to evolve our attribution strategy to effectively measure the performance.

Who we're looking for:

  • You have a degree in Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science or have an equivalent form of education
  • You show initiative, are reliable, ambitious and have strong analytical skills
  • You have a quantitative mindset and desire to work with data in order to find answers
  • You have have good knowledge with the Office package
  • You have ideally already gained firsthand experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO, Facebook Ads, Affiliate Marketing or CRM
  • It would be beneficial if you also have some experience in the field of Performance Marketing (particularly Offline Marketing), Media Agencies, or Data Analytics, in the form of internships or as employment
  • Your strengths include team spirit, ownership, people management and analytical mindset
