Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Spanish Speaking Customer Advisor to join our on-site team in Lisbon. In this role, you will be the frontline support for our Spanish-speaking users, helping them navigate our platform, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a seamless user experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about social media and eager to make a difference in the online community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to Spanish-speaking users via various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone.
  • Assist users with account setup, troubleshooting, and navigating platform features.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to user inquiries, resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform updates, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to users.
  • Contribute to team goals and objectives by actively participating in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards users at all times.
  • Identify and report trends in user feedback to help improve the overall user experience.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Spanish (native or near-native level) is required.
  • Proficiency in English for internal communication and training purposes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and a passion for the industry.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus, but not required.
