Como Associado de Loja contribuirá para a realização dos objectivos de vendas e rentabilidade da loja mantendo a excelência operacional e de merchandising e proporcionando uma experiência agaradvel ao cliente.


Os Deveres e Responsabilidades Essenciais incluem o seguinte.

Outras funções podem ser atribuídas:

  • Modelar a cultura de serviço e a experiência do cliente
  • Manter todas as normas que cobrem a mercadoria e os conjuntos de espaços que compõem a loja.
  • Permanecer actual no conhecimento do produto e nas histórias da marca UA através da participação activa em todas as sessões de formação: ser um "embaixador da marca".
  • Assegurar o cumprimento de todas as políticas e procedimentos da UA.
  • Fornecer feedback atempado e construtivo ao Gestor de Loja e ao Assistente de Gestor de Loja em todas oscomponentes de operações de loja
  • Demonstrar uma atitude profissional e positiva e possuir competências interpessoais excepcionais.

Educação e/ou Experiência:

anos de experiência de venda a retalho, idealmente com uma marca internacional de primeira

  • Uma paixão demonstrada pelo desporto e pela comunidade local
  • Fluência na língua local; inglês

Purpose of Role:


O assistente de vendas contribui para os objetivos de vendas e KPI da loja, sendo exemplar em termos de valores da marca para proporcionar aos atletas uma experiência única ao visitar a Under Armour.

Esta função comunica ao gerente da loja e é responsável pela execução de tarefas de rotina para apoiar as operações da loja.

O assistente de vendas assumirá as responsabilidades do especialista de stock na ausência deste.

Your Impact:

Vendas e Omnicanal

  • Fornecer assistência direta de vendas aos atletas para cumprir os objetivos KPI de vendas definidos pelo gerente de loja de retalho
  • Entregar os pedidos omnicanall de acordo com o processo e a política UA através da experiência digital

Imagem da marca e experiência do cliente

  • Ser exemplar em matéria de cultura de serviço da UA e as expectativas do cliente
  • Ao ajudar os atletas, comunicar as mensagens da marca de acordo com o modelo de serviço da UA
  • Incorporar os conhecimentos sobre os produtos no processo de venda,
