Como Associado de Loja contribuirá para a realização dos objectivos de vendas e rentabilidade da loja mantendo a excelência operacional e de merchandising e proporcionando uma experiência agaradvel ao cliente.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Os Deveres e Responsabilidades Essenciais incluem o seguinte. Outras funções podem ser atribuídas.- Modelar a cultura de serviço e a experiência do cliente
- Manter todas as normas que cobrem a mercadoria e os conjuntos de espaços que compõem a loja.
- Permanecer actual no conhecimento do produto e nas histórias da marca UA através da participação activa em todas as sessões de formação: ser um "embaixador da marca".
- Assegurar o cumprimento de todas as políticas e procedimentos da UA.
- Fornecer feedback atempado e construtivo ao Gestor de Loja e ao Assistente de Gestor de Loja em todas oscomponentes de operações de loja
- Cumprir e exceder todos os objectivos e métricas de desempenho individual e de equipa
- Demonstrar uma atitude profissional e positiva e possuir competências interpessoais excepcionais.

Comunicação Oral - Fala clara e persuasivamente em situações positivas ou negativas; ouve e recebe clarificação; Responde bem a perguntas; Demonstra capacidades de apresentação em grupo; Participa em reuniões.

- Para desempenhar este trabalho com sucesso, um indivíduo deve ser capaz de desempenhar satisfatoriamente cada tarefa essencial. Os requisitos listados abaixo são representativos dos conhecimentos, aptidões e/ou capacidades necessárias. Adapatacoes razoáveis podem ser feitas para permitir a indivíduos com deficiências o desempenho das funções essenciais.- Competências excepcionais de comunicação oral e escrita.
- Capacidade de multi-tarefas num ambiente de ritmo acelerado.
- Capacidade de manter um nível de serviço consistentemente elevado.
- Flexibilidade para mudar o foco e as prioridades
- Capacidade de fazer parte de uma equipa, estabelecer padrões desafiantes, desenvolver parcerias fortes, e conduzir outros à acção.
- Capacidade de trabalhar um horário flexível que pode incluir manhãs, noites, feriados e fins-de-semana.

**Other Requirements**:

- Educação e/ou Experiência- 1 - 2 anos de experiência de venda a retalho, idealmente com uma marca internacional de primeira
- Uma paixão demonstrada pelo desporto e pela comunidade local
- Fluência na língua local; inglês
