Kelly, in its Sales & Office division, is currently working with a prestigious client within the
Luxury Industry that is looking to hire an
International Key Account Manager to join their team in Ponte de Lima area (
office based).


Main responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new international clients.
  • Develop strategic plans to expand market reach.
  • Serve as primary contact for key accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends for growth opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and products.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations to clients.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • Proven track record (3+ years) in luxury or têxtile industry sales.
  • Experience with international markets.
  • Fluency in English (mandatory) and German/French/Italian (preferable)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally.
