  • Bosch is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Commercial manager that will promote the growth of sales and onsite conversion of the regional (Portugal) eShop and marketplaces.

Your contribution to something big:

  • Monitor and optimize the performance of sales and onsite conversion (CVR).
  • Drive and optimize sales performance of the regional D2C eShop and marketplaces.
  • Hold responsibility for meeting regional P&L targets, regional D2C eShop and marketplaces sales metrics.
  • Manage and oversee the implementation of global commercial guidelines on the regional eShop and marketplaces.
  • Coordinate regularly with the regional head Digital Sales, eShop capability owner and hold relationships with regional marketplaces manager.

Qualifications What distinguishes you**:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing or Digital Marketing.
  • Proven experience in the field of eCommerce, Digital marketing, or sales in digital platforms.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and ability to work selfdirected.
  • Sales knowledge: negotiation skills, customer orientation, key account management.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English & Portuguese.
  • Availability to travel.
