Elektrische Zigaretten revolutionieren derzeit den Markt für Raucher. Das neueste Produkt "IQOS" des Unternehmens Philip Morris International (PMI), welches unter anderem die Marke Marlboro produziert, wird diese Revolution weiter voranbringen.
IQOS ist eine Mischung aus klassischer und elektrischer Zigarette. Sie sehen aus wie hohle Füllfederhalter, in die "Hitzestäbe" ("Heatsticks") eingelegt werden, die wiederum kleinen Zigaretten ähneln. Der Unterschied zur E-Zigarette: Die neue Philip-Morris-Konstruktion beinhaltet zerstäubten Tabak, der auf bis zu 350 Grad erhitzt, aber nicht bei noch höheren Temperaturen verbrannt wird wie bei traditionellen Zigaretten. Da bei diesem Prozess die Verbrennung wegfällt, wird das Gesundheitsrisiko verringert.

**Tägliche Aktivitäten**:

- Kundenbetreuung per Telefon (inbound und outbound), Chat, E-mail sowie Video Anrufe;
- Service und Soft-Sales Verkaufsberatung;
- Durchführung von Outbound-Folgegesprächen nach Ablauf der Probezeit des Produktes, um eventuelle Fragen des Kunden zu klären und Unterstützung zu leisten;
- Ausführliche Information des Kunden über jegliche Fragen zu **IQOS Produkten;**:

- Unterstützung bei der Online-Bestellung und Bearbeitung von Garantiefällen;
- Auskünfte und Hilfeleistungen bei Fragen zu anderen Tabakprodukten;
