Your Main Activities Are
As a Global Macro Business Management Team Leader, your missions will consist in:

  • Supervise and participate in the team's operational processes
  • Develop and implement team goals and objectives, as well as the PDP and career plans
  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure the smooth operation of the business
  • Ensure that team is working efficiently and effectively to achieve company goals
  • Monitor and analyze key business metrics and make recommendations for improvements
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment
  • Maintain the same standard of quality in the operational tasks as before

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Masters Degree in Business Management, Economics or Finance
  • Previous experience in Finance / Capital Markets roles
  • Perfect fluency in English
  • Excellent Excel skills (VBA is a plus), with an analytical mindset
  • Clearly exhibited decisionmaking and problemsolving skills
  • Very strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and to manage time accordingly
  • Autonomous, capable of initiatives, multitasking, fastlearner, proactive
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
