Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning and Analysis
  • Develop and maintain financial tools to support budgeting and forecasting
  • Analyse financial data and present insights to aid in decisionmaking
  • Financial Reporting
  • Manage accurate and timely financial statements/reports in close collaboration with the external accounting company
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
  • Plan and manage the Grants' financial component
  • Budget Management
  • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of Financial budgets
  • Manage the SIFIDE process and monthly execution
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable
  • Oversee invoicing, payment processing, and collections
  • Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness in close collaboration with the external accounting company
  • Audit and Compliance
  • Work closely with auditor company during internal and external audits
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial integrity.
  • Cash Flow Management
  • Monitor cash flow and make recommendations for improvements
  • Manage banking relationships and transactions

Requirements & Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Proven experience in financial analysis, reporting, and accounting
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
