Elevate the Dining Experience


Are you passionate about creating memorable moments and providing exceptional service in the vibrant dining scenes of Lisbon or in the laid back beaches of Costa da Caparica? Join reîa collective, with locations in both cities, as a Hostess.

We're seeking individuals who thrive in fostering warm hospitality and ensuring every guest feels welcome.

Your Central Role
As a Hostess at Reia Collective, your responsibilities will include:

Guest Reception:

Extend a warm and friendly welcome to guests as they arrive, efficiently managing seating arrangements and guiding them to their tables with a gracious demeanor.


Reservation Management:
Skillfully handle reservation inquiries and bookings, ensuring accurate scheduling and effective communication with guests to optimize dining room occupancy.

Atmosphere Creation:

Contribute to crafting a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for guests, paying attention to details such as lighting, decor, and overall ambiance to enhance their dining experience.


Guest Liaison:

Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries, accommodating special requests, and providing recommendations to enrich their dining journey.


Seating Coordination:

Efficiently manage seating arrangements to accommodate varying party sizes and optimize dining flow, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability during peak service times.


Asistance to Servers:

Support the waitstaff by facilitating communication between guests and servers, assisting with seating transitions, and providing assistance as needed to ensure seamless service.


Payment Handling:
Assist in processing payments accurately and efficiently, maintaining professionalism and discretion during financial transactions.

First Impression Maintenance:
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming, creating a positive first impression for arriving guests.

Your Exceptional Qualifications

To excel in this role, you bring:

Hospitality Acumen:

Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is beneficial, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.


Warmth and Charisma:
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor, allowing you to connect with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere.

Attention to Detail:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, enabling you to manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest preferences effectively.

Team Collaboration:

A collaborative mindset and the ability to work seamlessly with colleagues to maintain a cohesive and positive work environment.


Flexibility:

Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including lunch and dinner hours, as well as weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the restaurant's operation.


Language Proficiency:
Fluent proficiency in both Portuguese and English is required, with additional language skills considered advantageous.
