Join Our Team as an Enterprise Sales Analyst at PagerDuty

PagerDuty enables teams to accomplish critical tasks and drive business forward through the PagerDuty Operations Cloud.

PagerDuty is in search of an Enterprise Sales Analyst to become part of our diverse and customer-centric team. Reporting to the Director, Deal Desk, you will play a vital role in supporting the Global Enterprise Sales Team. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with various Sales positions to assist key accounts, cultivate pipelines by collecting essential sales data, and conducting customer research. This presents an exciting chance to contribute to expanding PagerDuty's Operational Cloud framework across our client base.

The perfect candidate will excel in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting and possess the ability to influence and convince both internal and external partners and team members. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities, combined with a clear communication style, are highly valued.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and prioritize key targets within our database
  • Conduct market research on social and professional platforms
  • Oversee and monitor crucial sales administration tasks using SFDC, our CRM system
  • Update and manage sales and customer records
  • Handle strategic deals that necessitate input or approvals from other internal teams

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, at a business level
  • 2+ years of experience in sales prospecting and/or lead generation
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
  • Comprehensive understanding of sales methodologies and processes
  • Experience in market research and data analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field
