The Role
As an Administrative Analyst for Health & Benefits, you will play a crucial role in clients' benefits strategy. Your responsibilities will involve supporting the management of the carrier bid, procurement, and negotiation process, along with various tasks related to portfolio maintenance, premium calculations, and invoice reconciliation.
What will you do?
To contribute to the strategy, some of your key tasks will include:
- Undertaking data processing and analysis (financial, membership, invoices) to support program design
- Designing and sending bid requests (RFP) to carriers/vendors
- Collecting, summarizing, and analyzing proposal findings
- Preparing placement/renewal deliverables for clients
- Assisting in benefits plan design and reporting publications
- Managing projects, processes, and transactions
- Supporting policy renewal and claims management
- Performing monthly reconciliation of commissions and estimates
- Adhering to regulatory procedures
