Your new role - challenging and future-oriented.

  • You are shaping and driving dedicated Siemens Smart Infrastructure (SI) business improvement initiatives leading to structural change with bottom line impact in close collaboration with SI functions, SI business units and regions
  • You actively drive, consult and lead issue identification and resolution for processes in focus of the initiatives. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, facilitating workshops, delivering recommendations, and ensuring achievement of business goals
  • You prepare and manage updates to key stakeholders, such as SI BU & key BU functions management in HQ and regions, for the respective initiatives. That includes creating a compelling and independent storyline out of available information (e.

g:
financial data, interviews) and proposing next steps and a way-forward

  • For your initiatives, but also for the development of new initiatives into a proofofconcept status, you actively collaborate, with SI CMP team members across the different departments, key experts within the BUs, SI functions and regions, in order to overcome silo thinking leveraging internal and/or external networks and ecosystems
  • You contribute with your financial knowledge to ensure proper reporting of the SI CMP program impact and provide guidance to users during the monthly reporting process
  • You act as a trustful sparring partner and counterpart for assigned initiatives
  • You maintain practices and facilitate / train for continuous improvement and take over any adhoc topics as assigned to you
  • As a Project Manager within the SI Competitiveness Program, you will be required of strong problemsolving and planning capabilities, solid understanding of financial reporting standards, data analysis techniques and the ability to engage and influence crossfunctional teams.

Your qualifications - solid and appropriate.

  • You have a solid academic background with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as international management, engineering, computer science, economics, business administration, or comparable
  • You have at least 6 years of professional experience within Siemens, ideally Smart Infrastructure, a related industry or a global strategy consulting firm in the area of strategy, internal audit, or program/project management of a performance improvement program for a segment, a BU or a business
  • You convince us with experience in the product and system business as well as experience in strategy, finance, internal audit/consulting, project management for an performance improvement program or equivalent operational function
  • You have a strong project management and organizational track record, with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • You have experience with preparing management decisions and document overall program progress for a steering committee
  • International experience due to working abroad would be plus

  • You have strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively motivate and facilitate discussions, manage expectations, and engage with stakeholders
  • You have a deep understanding of digital technologies, such as data analytics, artificial intelligence, and cloud computing, and how they can be applied to optimize business processes
  • Besides being proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, we are looking for someone with a "digital mindset", capable and willing to learn about our specific tools (based on Sharepoint, PowerBI and Python)
  • You possess proactive decisionmaking abilities and thrive under pressure in a fastpaced environment, consistently delivering highquality results with confidence and resilience
  • You convince us with your excellent communication, presentation and professional networking skills as well as strong stakeholder management skills
  • Also, you are fluent in English, German language skills would be a plus
