It is required to review an array of data and perform an investigation leading to acceptance or cancellation of an order.
Your responsibilities and impact as Fraud Prevention Agentwill be: Focal goal: identifyingnefarious activityIdentify and record deviating activities, discover trends, and flag emerging issuesOutreach to costumers via phone and emailSharp and privacy-compliant conversational skills are necessary when discussing order details with bill payers and general customersSkills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role: You have a native level ofDutchYou have an excellent level of EnglishYou are a natural problem-solverYou are able to deliver deep analysis on customer dataYou can work quickly and efficiently under deadline pressureYou can work interdependently and under minimal supervisionYou pay great attention to detail and work with accuracyYou are motivated and with a positive mindsetYou are a team playerYou are client and service orientedWhat's in it for you?Salary of 1.
