Abbott Diabetes Care crée des produits révolutionnaires - dans les domaines du diagnostic, des dispositifs médicaux, de la nutrition et des produits pharmaceutiques génériques - qui aident les gens à mener une vie plus saine, pleine de possibilités illimitées.

En tant que spécialiste du service client dans le cadre de ce projet, vos responsabilités quotidiennes seront les suivantes :

  • Faire partie d'une équipe spécialisée chargée de l'assistance aux patients (par le biais d'appels et de courriels).
  • Vous offrirez des conseils sur les dernières technologies de traitement du diabète, tout en contribuant à l'amélioration de la qualité de vie des patients.
  • Construire une relation significative, en répondant aux questions des clients de manière courtoise, amicale et professionnelle.
  • Atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de qualité du service à la clientèle, les règles de conformité et les objectifs de productivité.
  • Créer une expérience client extraordinaire que les gens apprécient et dont nous sommes fiers.
  • Être responsable de suivre les directives et de fournir un retour d'information.

Pour réussir dans ce poste, vous devrez avoir:

  • Diplômé(e) et expérimenté(e) en soins infirmiers (obligatoire)
  • Niveau natif de la langue française (C2)
  • Niveau intermédiaire d'anglais (au moins B2) pour la formation et la documentation
  • Solides compétences en communication - avec d'excellentes aptitudes à la conversation téléphonique, une écoute attentive et des compétences rédactionnelles élevées.
  • Capacité d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes, avec un grand sens du détail.
  • Envie d'apprendre et de progresser, curiosité et capacité à résoudre des problèmes.
  • Accès à l'internet à haut débit et conditions appropriées pour le travail à distance
  • Être citoyen de l'Union européenne ou posséder un permis de travail valide pour le Portugal.
  • Être un candidat local ou être prêt à s'installer au Portugal.
