Descrição Geral das Atividades:

  • Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com os clientes para entender suas necessidades e garantir que estejam alcançando seus objetivos com nossos produtos e serviços;
  • Realizar treinamentos e capacitações para garantir que os clientes estejam utilizando nossos produtos e serviços da maneira mais eficaz;
  • Identificar oportunidades de upsell e renovação de contratos com clientes existentes;
  • Coletar e analisar feedback dos clientes para melhorar continuamente nossos produtos e serviços;
  • Resolver quaisquer problemas e problemas que os clientes possam encontrar, trabalhando em conjunto com a equipe de suporte técnico;
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com outras equipes, incluindo vendas e marketing, para garantir que os clientes recebam uma experiência de serviço integrada e consistente.
  • Ensino superior completo em administração, marketing ou áreas relacionadas.
  • Experiência prévia em atendimento ao cliente, suporte técnico ou vendas.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação oral e escrita.
  • Forte habilidade em resolução de problemas e capacidade para lidar com situações difíceis.
  • Habilidade para trabalhar em equipe e colaborar com outras equipes.
  • Conhecimento em tecnologias de software e sistemas de gestão de relacionamento com clientes (CRM).
  • Capacidade para priorizar tarefas e trabalhar com prazos ajustados.
  • Fluente em português e proficiente em inglês (obrigatório).
