For the assigned objects, you will assess the change impact for new demands, projects, flows and functionalities, driving towards excellence.

As a member of Global MDM Team, you will be assigned to specific domains and Master Data Objects, and you will be reporting to Master Data Global Process Owner.

Your day at Ferring

  • Collaborate with E2E Process teams in the definition and implementation of Master Data best practice, ensuring all objects are fittopurpose.
  • Design optimized lifecycle processes for Master Data.
  • Assess and prioritize together with the E2E Process Teams change impact for new demands, projects, flows and functionalities, driving towards excellence.
  • Lead workshops with the different stakeholders, both for master data definitions and governance, ensuring that the relevant documentation is updated.
  • Ensure integration of Master Data across systems and business processes, securing validity, consistency, integrity, and compliance with external and internal regulations.
  • Propose improvements and adjustments to reduce user impact always in accordance with global template.
  • Discover efficient ways to manage, organize and analyze data, leading to data quality improvement.
  • Support the development and definition of SLA and Data Quality KPIs.
  • Conduct training on Master Data procedures, rules, and standards.
  • Collaborate with other Global Master Data Process Managers and Data Stewards, ensuring the adequate integration and acting as their backup within their domains.

  • Degree in a scientific field (supply chain, computer systems, engineering, science preferred);
  • Experience in Master Data Management tools and processes, as a consultant or as an enduser;
  • Experience in SAP S/4 functionalities ideally with focus in master data;
  • Pharmaceutical IT experience for assigned Business Domain is a plus;
  • Understand the impact of master data quality on the operational business processes;
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel, Word, and Visio;
  • Strong analytical & problemsolving skills;
  • Selforganized and autonomous, structured thinking;
  • Teamplayer, able to share knowledge and support colleagues;
  • High costumer focus and ability to operate successfully in a dynamic environment;
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication;
  • Good communication skills in English language
