THE ROLE

  • We are looking for a
    #TechTalent to work as a
    Service Manager for an international project in the
    luxury fashion sector. Your main responsibilities will be ensure and improve the service management processes design.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Accountable for the overall quality and overseeing of the management and compliance with the procedures, data models, policies, and technologies associated with the service management processes;
  • Ensuring that the service management processes are fit for purpose;
  • Promote and reinforce adherence to the process and policies associated with Incident, Problem, Knowledge Management and Major Incidents;
  • Ensure the design of the service management processes aligns with the business and industry best practices;
  • Create and maintain reporting mechanisms and communication plans;
  • Work in conjunction with Continual Service Improvement;

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Graduate in Information Systems or related field;
  • At least 2 years experience in Service Management;
  • Proficient with Confluence and JIRA tools is a plus;
  • ITIL certifications are a plus;
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese;
  • International experience is an advantage;
  • Ability to lead and manage teams and resources;
  • Aptitude for problem solving and creating solutions;
  • Resilient and pressureresistant spirit;
  • Enjoyment of teamwork;
  • Ease of communication with the entire team.
