Pour les garagistes, notre solution Vroomly Pro permet de gérer et d'optimiser leur business de A à Z : rendez-vous, achat de pièces, devis et factureet ce n'est que le début

Fondé en 2017, Vroomly dépasse les **2M de visiteurs par mois**, et accompagne plus de **6000 garages au quotidien**, grâce à une équipe qui vient d'atteindre le cap des **100 collaborateurs**

Dans les prochains mois, on prépare des évolutions majeures de notre offre, et on met les bouchées double sur le recrutement pour préparer le **lancement à l'international**

**Descriptif du poste**:
Dans le cadre d'une création de poste nous recherchons notre chargé.e de recouvrement

Ton objectif principal sera de r**écupérer les fonds dus tout en maintenant une relation professionnelle avec le garage client**. Tu veilleras au **bon respect des politiques** ainsi que **les procédures de recouvrement** de Vroomly, tout en étant flexible afin de parvenir à un accord mutuellement bénéfique.

Tu seras amené à travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe CSM qui t'accompagnera dans la résolution des cas les plus complexes et avec notre équipe finance dans le suivi des règlements.

Tu intègreras une équipe **motivée, bienveillante** & **déterminée à atteindre ses objectifs** et **qui contribue chaque jour au succès de Vroomly depuis Lisbonne **
- Suivre tous les nouveaux **impayés** dès leur déclenchement
- Prendre contact avec les garages et essayer d'obtenir des explications sur le défaut de paiement
- Suivre le **processus de recouvrement** mis en place pour essayer de trouver une solution avec le garage afin d'**obtenir le règlement des dettes** ou au moins **un échelonnement des remboursements.**
- Procéder à la **relance** des garages en arriérés de paiement (mails & appels)
- Faire le **lien** avec l'équipe CSM ainsi que les équipes commerciales sur la situation du garage
- Faire le **lien** avec l'équipe finance afin de faire le point sur la situation comptable et les mesures mises en place
- Suivi des **KPI définis** (% de garages bloqués, montants recouverts, délais de recouvrement, typologie des impayés entre autres)
- Faire l**e lien avec le cabinet d'huissier** en cas de lancement de procédure judiciaire de recouvrement
- Participer à **l'amélioration du processus de recouvrement** et à l**a mise en place de garde-fous** supplémentaires pour mieux contrôler la solvabilité de nos garages à l'entrée

Tu es à l'aise en **négociation**, tu sais faire **preuve d'assertivité,** et tu es **tenace**

Tu es capable de comprendre **les enjeux de l'entreprise** tout en restant à **l'écoute de nos clients** pour préserver notre relation commerciale

Idéalement tu as une première expérience en call center sur de la gestion administrative (recouvrement gros plus)
