French Customer Advisor Specialist (Remote in Portugal) Speak French? A new challenge is coming

Do you enjoy taking on new challenges? Consider working as a French Customer Advisor Specialist remotely in Portugal

Your Role as a Remote Customer Advisor:
Represent a worldwide brand;Deliver high-quality service across multiple support platforms;Develop customer relationships and grant the best experience for the customer;Troubleshoot through the use of open questions, support documents, and system training;Offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions

What do you need to have:
At least C2 of French ;Deliver high-quality service across multiple support platforms;Experience in customer/technical support (preferable but not necessary as you will receive training);EU passport, residence card from Portugal or Ukrainian refugee certificate
