The Moonshot - Digital Business Building team of EDP Client Solutions is looking for a Digital Business Building Associate to join their team.


Job description


In our Moonshot - Digital Business Building team you will spearhead EDP's vision to become the energy partner for families through actionable data-driven advice.

Here, you will design and build the digital platform to inform, engage with and guide B2C customers in their journeys towards a more sustainable energy consumption in their homes and beyond.


In this position, you will:

  • Integrate a new team leading a key project for EDP Client Solutions digital strategy, with the opportunity to influence the vision of a key platform for the future of EDP B2C segment;
  • Define the strategy for EDP's digital customer engagement for a distinctive value proposition and digital sales journey, leading efforts towards the target digital customer journey, personalized engagement models for behavioral and product recommendation engines, and offering expansion, translating all into a seamless and best in class digital customer platform experience
  • Build from scratch an ecosystem of partners and commercial offers to inform and help customers improve their energy consumption and ecological footprint, from strategizing the dialogue with customer for recommendation to leading commercial negotiations and integrations with partners;
  • Articulate with several EDP teams, experts and partners to develop the platform and accelerate strategic priorities.

What kind of profile are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Economics, Engineering, Math, Data Analytics or another area provided you have relevant experience for the function;
  • Minimum of 4 years of working experience, with exposure to multidisciplinary project teams, preferably in consulting and/or corporate strategy functions;
  • Portuguese and English, spoken and written (mandatory)
  • Good problemsolving skills, critical and constructive thinking;
  • Analytical skills and structured though process, willingness to challenge the status quo and to propose creative solutions;
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills, team workoriented;
  • Entrepreneurial drive and ability to mobilize multifunctional teams towards change;
  • Experience in business building/ digital projects is a plus.
