Are you eager to have your first work experience in IT but would you also like to keep investing in the development of your skills and knowledge? At Infineon, you don't have to choose between these two Join our Junior IT Talent Initiative in Porto, a project designed to strengthen your core competencies in preparation for a thriving career within Infineon's IT Department.

Over the course of 18 months, you will work closely with our team of international experts who will challenge you to reach your highest potential and become a reference in all our fields of expertise

As a Junior IT Talent, you will explore a fantastic journey within our IT organization.

You will gain and develop technical and functional knowledge in the areas of Finance, Procurement and Enterprise Resource Application Development (SAP).

With
- hands on _and state of the art digital learning, we will get you ready for the job.

This Initiative will allow you to:

  • Be part of
    Global project teams with
    innovative assignments using
    state of the art methodologies ;
  • Develop
    innovative solutions for our internal Finance and Procurement business community on the newest technologies like SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori and Cloud Platforms/Solutions;
  • Work independently and take on responsibilities to advance exciting
    digitalization projects (e.g. Test Automation and Process Mining);

Develop an attractive career path according to your functional and personal preferences and competencies.

You are curious and interested in a broad range of topics. You say yes to a challenge and are always looking for opportunities to learn more and go further.

Plus, you fulfill the following requirements:

  • Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Information Technology ,
    Computer Science ,
    Business Administration or similar fields;
  • Are
    creative and
    enjoy working in an agile and innovative environmen t;
  • Are an
    openminded team player , with
    great networking skills and
    love to work with people from different fields and l
    evels of the organization;
  • Are h
    ighly motivated and
    dedicated to achieving your goals ;
  • Have a
    passion for digital solutions ;
  • Are
    fluent in English.
