THE ROLE


Reporting to the Global Tech Service Management area, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the end-to-end delivery of logistics services provided by either our internal teams or from our 3rd party logistic partners.

Your primary objective will be to ensure seamless coordination, efficiency, and exceptionalism in the logistics domain.

Leveraging your deep expertise in logistics operations and IT capabilities, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and enhancing our competitive advantage in our marketplace.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Oversee the endtoend delivery of logistics services provided by our 3rd party partners, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Continuously monitor and analyse logistics IT service performance, identifying areas for improvement and taking proactive actions to address any issues or deviations
  • Regularly engage with partners to address challenges, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for service enhancement and innovation
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with our 3rd party logistics partners both IT and Ops
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance coaching to team members
  • Identify recurrence of incidents, high impacting incidents and create problem records and follow up resolution according to the problem management framework
  • Promote and reinforce adherence to the process and policies associated with all implemented ITSM processes.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Graduated in Information Systems or a related field
  • A professional with 3+ Years of working experience as a Service Manager with at least 1 years' experience in Logistics
  • Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management systems and processes
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain technologies, such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
  • Ability to identify and resolve complex technical and operational issues related to logistics and IT systems
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to analyse data, identify trends, and make datadriven recommendations for process improvement
  • Demonstrated sense of urgency and willingness to provide exceptional customer service
  • Able to easily build relationships with the different players in the tech area, at different levels of the organisation
  • A professional with good attention to detail, and the ability to assimilate, sort through, and aggregate complex information quickly and effectively
  • Professional approach when dealing with internal and external customers, including clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, both in Portuguese and English, with the capability to communicate at multiple levels in the organisation
  • Experienced in working in largescale organisations on a multinational level with a multicultural team is a plus;
